PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-safety and readily-handleable preparation storage case capable of readily detaching a storage part in the storage case, and preventing dropping of the storage part by making a user notice immediately prior to the storage part is drawn out completely from an outer frame part. SOLUTION: In the preparation storage case 1, a rear-end indication part 5 is provided on the periphery of the rear end at the bottom plate under surface side of the storage part 4, and a front edge indication part 3 is provided on the periphery of the front edge on the bottom plate upper surface side of the outer frame part 2, and clearance parts 6 are provided between the rear end of the storage part 4 and the rear end indication part 5 and/or between the front edge of the outer frame part 2 and the front edge indication part 3. The storage case is constituted so that, when the storage part 4 is drawn out forward and the rear end indication part 5 abuts on the front edge indication part 3, the storage part 4 is raised or sunk.
