PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilation hood preventing ingress of rainwater to a ventilation duct within a hood and dirt on a hood front face and a wall face, and having an excellent installation performance. SOLUTION: The ventilation hood 50 is constituted of: a duct connection port 3 for connecting the ventilation duct; a flat plate-shaped flange 2 having the duct connection port 3; and a hood 1 covering the outer periphery and one face side of the flange 2 and having a ventilation port 7 for ventilation. The hood 1 is constituted by combining a front face plate 18 forming hood side faces 1a, 1b and the hood front face 1c by one plate, a top plate 19 forming a hood upper face 1d, and a bottom plate 20 forming a hood bottom face 1f, by different members.
