PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning device and method capable of uniformly seasoning in a short time, by collecting a bundle of paper (a printed product) after printing, and to provide a printing system. SOLUTION: This seasoning device (10) has a paper holding means (14) for imparting curvature to a plurality of printed products of imparting ink to one surface of at least the paper (12) and holding the printed products in an attitude of a vertically placed state with one side of the paper of forming a curve corresponding to its curvature as the lower end, and an air blowing mens (18) for blowing air from an end surface of the bundle of the printed products held in the attitude of the vertically placed state by the paper holding means (14). The attitude of the paper is stably maintained by imparting the curvature to the paper, and the air is sent to the whole paper face by securing a proper clearance between the paper of the vertically placed state.
