PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification device which can improve purification efficiency. SOLUTION: The purification device treats impurities with ozone dissolved in a liquid Lq. The purification device includes a gas-liquid mixed liquid generating portion S which generates a gas-liquid mixed liquid where ozone-containing gas is mixed with the liquid Lq in the form of nano-size bubbles B, and an ozone dissolving portion M which collapses the bubbles B of the gas-liquid mixed liquid generated by the gas-liquid mixed liquid generating portion S to dissolve the ozone in the liquid Lq. The gas-liquid mixed liquid generating portion S is provided with a pressurizing portion 1 which pressurizes and supplies the ozone-containing gas to the liquid Lq so that the concentration of the ozone contained in the gas-liquid mixed liquid becomes equal to or higher than that of the saturation solubility in the liquid Lq.
