PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the degree of fatigue in a continuously seated state on a seat while reducing a load to an occupant. SOLUTION: This fatigue degree measuring device includes a seat acceleration sensor 10 installed at the seat 30 measuring vertical seat acceleration to generate a seat acceleration signal Xn; a head acceleration sensor 12 installed at the occupant's head 32 measuring vertical head acceleration of the head 32 to generate a head acceleration signal Yn; a band pass filter 14 allowing passing of a frequency band BD predetermined on the seat acceleration signal Xn and the head acceleration signal Yn; and a fatigue degree computing part 16 storing the seat acceleration signal Xn and the head acceleration signal Yn for a predetermined fixed time Cn and computing the degree of fatigue TR of the occupant based on a statistical value ST of the seat acceleration signal Xn and head acceleration signal Yn of the fixed time Cn.
