Nine lottery values for determining the presence or absence of nine pieces of prize winning conditions are stored in the predetermined lottery value table DAT2 for grouping a total of 27 prize winning conditions (H<SB>1</SB>to H<SB>27</SB>) into three groups having nine conditions each, and deciding to which of the 27 prize winning conditions the prize winning condition corresponds, and the same three pieces of address information are stored in an address table ADR for storing the address information of the lottery value table DAT2.
