PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement bag capable of preventing a user from feeling embarrassed by eliminating reflected sounds during excretion, and capable of being easily handled. SOLUTION: The excrement bag 30 is attached to an evacuation container 14 mounted in a portable toilet 1. The excrement bag includes a cylindrical bottomed body portion 31 whose upper end is opened as an opening 35, and an elastic structure 38 disposed along the outer periphery of the opening 35 to stretchably hold the opening 35 in the radial direction. The body portion 31 includes: a waterproof sheet 32 impermeable by excrement; an absorber 33 disposed on the inner side of the waterproof sheet 32 and containing at least a polymeric material; and a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 34 disposed further on the inner side of the absorber 33.
