Disclosed is a composition which is used for the purpose of producing a crack-resistant film that is provided with a prism-type retroreflective structure, and which is capable of forming the prism-type retroreflective structure well by thermal transfer, while having excellent weather resistance and excellent transparency. The composition contains an acrylic polymer (A) that is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component (a-2) in the presence of a crosslinked acrylic polymer (A-1), and a thermoplastic acrylic polymer (B). The fluidity (namely, the MFR as determined at 230°C at 37.3 N) of the composition is 1-14, and the gel content in 100% by weight of the total of the acrylic polymer (A) and the thermoplastic acrylic polymer (B) is 25-50% by weight. |
