The invention relates to a thermally insulating sealing structure for the internal wall of a dry chamber. This structure comprises a self-supporting rigid outer wall (1) internally lined with a layer of a thermally insulating material (2). It is characterised in that the layer of thermally insulating lining (2) carries on its inner surface a sealing barrier (3) capable of preventing the moisture in the insulating material from entering the inner space of the chamber. The invention is usable in cryogenic blowing tunnels.
