<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute temporary repair of parts not matching the standards specified in the electric installation engineering standards with respect to the clearance between cables and other objects and the height of cables from the ground without stopping power supply to consumers when finding the parts. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary repair method for cable clearance is configured as follows. An insulating rope 103 is configured such that a plurality of ring-shaped parts 102 are arranged separately from each other on one-end side. An insulating clamp 104 having an insulating clamp part is fixed to the other end of the insulating rope. A lead-in cable 31 is clamped by the insulating clamp 104. A fixing rope 151 has each hook 153 (153a, 153b) fixed to its both ends. One hook 153a of the fixing rope is hooked to a scaffolding bolt 22 of a utility pole 21. Then, the insulating rope 103 is pulled to the side of the utility pole 21 so as to impart a target tensile force to the lead-in cable 31. The ring-shaped part 102, of the insulating rope 103 which is located at the position for imparting the target tensile force, is hooked to the other hook 153b of the fixing rope 151. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
