<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to start communication among users in matching people by a system. <P>SOLUTION: In matching users (A and B), an individual hierarchical model in which items representing a personal hobby or objects of interest are hierarchized is used. The hierarchical model records items representing personal profile information in the state that they are classified into a high hierarchy, a middle hierarchy, and a low hierarchy, and the respective items are associated with the degree of significance in advance. On the basis of respective hierarchical models of the two users, similarity is calculated by using a calculating formula, so that matching of users who are likely to feel an affinity for each other is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
