<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient solar cell preventing deterioration in conversion efficiency due to an increase in non-power generation regions which do not contribute to functions of the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell is configured by connecting in series a plurality of cells each including a substrate, a first electrode layer formed on the substrate, a semiconductor layer formed on the first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer formed on the semiconductor layer. In the solar cell, an insulative first partitioning section for partitioning the first electrode layer per cell is provided on the substrate and the first electrode layer is provided on a region partitioned by the first partitioning section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
