PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control system that suppresses incorrect setting in a group setting and has a superior workability. SOLUTION: The lighting control system 1 includes a plurality of lighting devices 2, a remote controller 3, and one or a plurality of controllers 4 (CON4). The lighting devices 2 each include a lighting load 20, a lighting circuit 21, a control unit 29, a reception unit 26 for receiving a trigger signal of the remote controller 3, and a storage unit 28 for storing a group identifier (GP). The CON4 includes an operation unit 40, a communication unit 41 capable of communicating with the lighting devices 2 via a signal line 6, a storage unit 42 for storing its own GP, and a control unit 43. The operation unit 40 receives an operation input of switching to a setting mode of the control unit 29. The control unit 43 generates a setting signal when the operation unit receives the operation input and makes the communication unit send the setting signal to the lighting devices 2. Upon reception of the setting signal, the control unit 29 is switched to the setting mode and requests the CON4 to send the GP to which the CON4, which has sent the setting signal, belongs when it receives a trigger signal.
