PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic data processing device correcting an offset error of output geomagnetic data from a 3 dimensional geomagnetic sensor. SOLUTION: The magnetic data processing device includes an accumulating means 91 for repeatedly accumulating magnetic data to provide a statistical population, while sequentially acquiring the magnetic data output from a 3 dimensional magnetic sensor 20, a determination means 92 for determining, each time a statistical population is provided, whether or not the statistical population is sufficiently reliable using a reliability index S by calculating a minimum value of the objective function f(p) derived from an equation of a spherical surface as the reliability index S of the statistical population, and offset derivation means 94a, 94b for deriving the offset of the magnetic data based on the statistical population in a case that the statistical population is sufficiently reliable.
