PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel structure which secures strength while reducing wall thickness, about an instrument panel which is cleaved when an airbag device is expanded. SOLUTION: The instrument panel structure 10 includes an airbag door member 16 and an instruction panel reinforcing member 18. The airbag door member 16 includes a flange 24 fixed with the inner surface in an upper wall 20A of the instrument panel 12, and an airbag door 26 arranged inside the flange 24, and the airbag door 26 is turned around a hinge 28 while cleaving the instrument panel 12 under the expansion pressure of the airbag 22. The instruction panel 12 reinforcing member 18 continues to the rear part 24B of the flange 24 of the airbag door member 16 in a front side flange 40 and the instruction panel reinforcing member 18 and the instrument panel 12 form a closed section structure 44 at part of a vehicle behind the flange 40.
