PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electricity using a thermoelectric element and reduce the space for mixing cold air and warm air. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric element 40 is provided at a position where both air passed through an evaporator 18 and heated by a heater core 30 and air passed through the evaporator 18 and bypassed the heater core 30 meet each other in an air mixing chamber space 36 for mixing air passed through the evaporator 18 and heated by the heater core 30 and air passed through the evaporator 18 and bypassed the heater core 30 without being heated.
