PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film having high interlayer adhesiveness, that includes an ethylenic polymer layer and a layer containing a propylenic polymer and an ethylenic polymer. SOLUTION: The multilayered film includes at least two layers: an (A) layer and a (B) layer adjacent to the (A) layer. The (A) layer contains an ethylenic polymer, the (B) layer includes a composition containing an ethylenic polymer (B) and a propylenic polymer (C), and the following requirements (a) to (b) are satisfied: (a) a crystallization temperature [T<SB>C, PE</SB>(°C)] of the ethylenic polymer (B) measured based on JIS K7121 (1987) and a crystallization temperature [T<SB>C, PP</SB>(°C)] of the propylenic polymer (C) measured based on JIS K7121 (1987) satisfy formula (1) T<SB>C, PE</SB>>T<SB>C, PP</SB>-10; (b) a content of the ethylenic polymer (B) contained in the composition used for the (B) layer is equal to or more than 1 wt.% to less than 7 wt.%.
