PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish-gripping tool 1 equipped with a nipping portion 3 for nipping the mouth of an angled fish, and a weight-display portion 35 carrying out the body weight measurement of the nipped fish by weighing means installed in the inside of a gripping portion 2 and displaying the measured body weight of the fish, preventing the nipping portion from being shaken based on the gripping portion, and further preventing the display portion from causing difficulty of observation by abrasion according as the use. SOLUTION: The fish-gripping tool includes a resilient member 26 and a dial-type weight display portion 35. The resilient member axially supports the nipping portion 3 by the gripping portion so as to be freely turnable and so that the attitude may be changed between a hung-down attitude in which the nipping portion is linearly hung down based on the gripping portion 2, and a bent attitude in which the nipping portion is bent based on the gripping portion, and is installed between the gripping portion and the nipping portion. The resilient member urges the nipping portion so as to be positioned in the bent attitude in a natural state of not nipping the fish, and allows the attitude of the nipping portion to be turned and changed to the hung-down attitude side by an angle balancing the weight of the fish in the gripping state of nipping the fish.
