PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for washing rice wherein the rice in a rice storage tank is easily taken out. SOLUTION: The device for washing rice is constituted so that a rice washing tank 4 is provided below the rice storage tank 12, the rice washing tank 4 is freely attachably/detachably mounted on a tank support 18 that closes the upper end opening of the rice washing tank 4. On the tank support 18, a rice passing port 22 is formed that is located below a rice discharging port 14 at the lower end of the rice storage tank 12. A rice measuring device 23 which measures rice in the rice storage tank 12 to charge the rice into the rice washing tank 4 through the rice passing port 22 is provided between the rice passing port 22 and the rice discharging port 14. The rice measuring device 23 can be driven in a state where the rice washing tank 4 is taken off from the tank support 18, and an engaging part 49 is provided for the purpose of freely attachably/detachably mounting a rice discharging guide 45 on the rice passing port 22, wherein the rice discharging guide 45 is the one for guiding the rice discharged through the rice passing port 22, to a container, when the rice in the rice storage tank 12 is discharged by driving the rice measuring device 23 in a state where the rice washing tank 4 is taken off from the tank support 18.
