PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operational stability of a power supply system including a plurality of switching power supplies connected in multi-stage. SOLUTION: A transforming unit steps down the voltage from an external voltage source and outputs it to a plurality of switching power supplies. A control unit generates a control voltage based on the voltage outputted from the transforming unit, a preset reference voltage and an amplification degree set externally, and then outputs the control voltage. A modulation unit generates a switch control signal indicating the timing ratio of on and off of a switch unit and then outputs the switch control signal.
