PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish an recognition mark accurately even when there is a remaining film. SOLUTION: Since the end face length of a dot constituting a distinguishing mark which is desired to be recognized is made long or a surface area which is a reflection surface of light can be increased by arranging minute dots 2 at the periphery of the dot 1 or in such a manner that it has an overlapping portion, the reflecting section of radiated light is increased, recognition rate can be increased, and traceability can be assured.
