A brush holder containing section (26d) for a gear housing (26) is formed in an oval shape in which each of a pair of flat surface sections (26c) and each of a pair of curved sections (26b) are arranged alternately. A first heat sink (26i) is formed on one of the pair of flat surface sections, and at least two brushes (20, 20) which are mounted to a brush holder unit (19) contained in the brush holder containing section (26d) are disposed close to the first heat sink (26i).
