The device has a ring seal (14) provided between a front side (6) of a nozzle body (3) and a hole shoulder (13) e.g. ring flange, which is produced in a transition region from a hole extension (10) to an adjacent hole neck (11). A mouth lug (5) of the nozzle body is surrounded by a plastic sleeve (12) extending in a region of the hole neck of through holes (8) of a perforated plate (7). The plastic sleeve forms the shoulder that lies at the front side of the nozzle body, and held at the front side of the nozzle body by the ring seal.
