SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR JOINING MULTIMEDIA CONFERENCE BY AUTHENTICATION

A system for joining a multimedia conference by authentication is provided. The system includes a WEB module (1) and an application service (AS) module (2); the WEB module (1) includes a conference join request interface unit (12); the AS module (2) includes an authentication unit (22) and a calling unit (23). A method for joining a multimedia conference by authentication is provided. The method includes: submitting the information of requesting to join the conference to the authentication unit (22) of the AS module (2) by inputting and confirming the information of requesting to join the conference in the conference join request interface unit (12) of the WEB module (1); authenticating the conference join request information by the authentication unit (22); calling the user into the conference by the calling unit (23) after the conference join request information is passed by authenticating.
