<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior bag configured so as to improve productivity by improving moldability of an interior bag for a container which is formed from a sheet material, and by giving a structure with a required strength. <P>SOLUTION: A main portion 2a of a rectangular parallelepiped interior bag 1 is formed by suitably joining abutting edges of a front surface 4, upper and lower surfaces, and right and left surfaces 8 and 9 made of a sheet material forming a main portion of the bag. Separately from this, a rear surface 5 is independently formed from a sheet material for use as a base material and includes a freight insertion opening, a connecting portion 15 for a reinforcement sheet 14, or the like. The peripheral edges of the rear surface 5 are joined to the rear opening of the formed bag main portion 2a.
