<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module increased in output current. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a solar cell module 70 has processes of: forming a first electrode layer 11 on a first surface of a translucent substrate 1; forming a semiconductor layer 12 on the first electrode layer 11; forming a reflective conductive film 14 on the semiconductor layer 12 and a second surface of the translucent substrate 1 by an inline sputtering device 80; and separating at least the first electrode layer 11 or the reflective conductive film, and forming one or more solar cells 10 and second electrodes 14 and a first reflective part 14'. In the process of forming the reflective conductive film, a direction in which the current of the semiconductor layer 12 flows is made different from a transport direction of the translucent substrate 1 by the inline sputtering device 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
