<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a zipper which has a changeable size and is usable for a plurality of applications as bags having different sizes such as a bag for documents, a bag for liquid, or the like, and to provide a method for manufacturing the bag. <P>SOLUTION: The bag 1 with a zipper has: a cutting aid line 40 formed on the bag body 10 having an opening 11 and aiding in cutting and separating a predetermined area on the opening 11 side of the bag body 10; a male nail portion and a female nail portion removably/attachably fitting to the male nail portion, on the inner surface of the bag body 10 far from the opening 11 of the cutting aid line 40; the first zipper portion 20 formed to partly seal the bag body 10; and a protruding portion 12 protruding from the cutting aid line 40, and provided between the opening 11 and the cutting aid line 40.
