<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an outlet seam to be stabilized even when a sewing shape or the kind of a fabric changes, and to improve the sewing quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the top and bottom feed sewing machine 100, a pressing force of pressing means 6 and 10 to an article to be sewn is made adjustable through rollers 3 and 7 in response to an electric current amount which is turned on. The vertical feed sewing machine 100 includes a designating means 80 which designates a sewing position where the pressing force to the article to be sewn of each roller is reduced when the article to be sewn is sewn, and a pressing force controlling means 13 which controls the electric current amount to be turned on to each pressing means in such a manner that the pressing force by each roller may become the designated pressing force at the sewing position which has been designated by the designating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
