PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent output voltage of a power circuit from being changed along with a change in current consumed by a circuit block supplying currents. SOLUTION: A power circuit supplies internal power via an internal power node NOUT to circuit blocks 21 to 23 which operate or stop according to control signals S1 to S3. The power circuit includes drive stage circuits 11 to 14 connected between a power terminal and the internal power node NOUT, and a control stage circuit 15 that provides a common drive signal S4 corresponding to the voltage value of the internal power node NOUT to the drive stage circuits 11 to 14. The drive stage circuits 11 to 13 are made conductive or non-conductive according to the control signals S1 to S3 given to their corresponding circuit blocks. In conductive state, output currents are output according to the currents consumed by the corresponding circuit blocks 21 to 23, on the basis of the drive signal S4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
