PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a program which enables a user to surely secure a capacity of a storage part. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus (4) is provided with a job storing function and an outputting function. The apparatus has: a storage part (32) for storing a job related to a user; a priority processing determination part (54) for determining whether the user is allowed to use the apparatus preferentially based on an amount deleted from the storage part by the user nu the user's own operation of the stored job related to the user; and a processing executing part (56) for allowing the user to utilize an outputting function of the job related to the user preferentially as compared with the current user of the apparatus.
