PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a forming workpiece, a deburring device and a die in which the burrs of the entire workpiece can be removed without the need of any labor, by working out a plan on the part of a workpiece where production of burrs is assumed, in order to surely remove the burr part of a forming workpiece, and which are also excellent in the aspect of saving of resources and energy. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of forming a workpiece 1 by a die, and a step of deburring by an automatic working machine having at least one machining tool and performing the treatment of the part where the production of burrs is assumed. The burr production assumed part is constituted of a rib 5 to be arranged at the part of the workpiece 1 where the production of burrs is predicted, and in the treatment of the rib 5, a part of the rib is allowed to remain after the deburring.
