PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling-in device and an image forming device capable of improving operability of a paper feeding cassette. SOLUTION: This pulling-in device 301 includes a guide plate in a pulling-in unit 340 arranged in a paper feeder and an engaging projection arranged in the paper feeding cassette 9C, and pulls the paper feeding cassette 9C in the paper feeder when the guide plate and the engaging projection engage with each other, and includes a first fitting wheel 323 rotatably installed in a roller support part 371s of a slide rail 370, a second fitting wheel 333 rotatably installed in a roller support part 311s of a guide rail 310, a slide rail fitting plate 377 for guiding the paper feeding cassette 9C in the pulling-out direction and the pulling-in direction by engaging with the first fitting wheel 323, and a guide rail fitting plate 315 for guiding the paper feeding cassette 9C in the pulling-out direction and the pulling-in direction by engaging with the second fitting wheel 333.
