<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette configured to facilitate taking out a gel after electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: The cassette 10 for forming the gel for electrophoresis includes the gel housing space 3 formed between a first plate member 1 and a second plate member 2, the gel filling port 5 formed to the ends of the first and second plate members 1 and 2 and filling the gel housing space 3 with a gel precursor solution, the ventilation port 7 provided to the surface opposite to the gel housing space 3 of the first plate member 1, enabling the introduction of air into the gel housing space 3 and sealed by a detachable seal member 6 and the water passing hole provided to the surface opposite to the gel housing space 3 of the second plate member 2, enabling the injection of water in the gel housing space 3 and sealed by a detachable seal member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
