<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-radiating filler composition which can obtain excellent heat-radiating performance, and to provide a resin composition, a grease and a coating composition which each has excellent heat-radiating performance therewith. <P>SOLUTION: This heat-radiating filler composition comprises 1 to 50 vol.% of speculate zinc oxide having an average major axis of 0.1 to 10 μm, an average minor axis of 0.025 to 2.5 μm, an aspect ratio of ≥4 defined by the average major axis/average minor axis ratio, and a specific surface area of ≤50 m<SP>2</SP>/g by the BET method, and 50 to 99 vol.% of other heat-radiating fillers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
