PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiving apparatus by which a user can address the case where the broadcast receiving apparatus has never received group-stations information in a local area in which the user has a grasp of the group-stations information, and even in that case, the user can obtain which group of the station is presenting, at a location where the user is away from home. SOLUTION: A broadcast receiving apparatus is characterized in that group stations information in a local area set by an input unit 4 is associated with group-stations information of broadcasting that is received in a local area to which the broadcast receiving apparatus belongs currently for each group, and a display unit 7 displays the group-stations information of broadcasting that is received in a local area to which the broadcast receiving apparatus belongs currently and the group-stations information in a local area input in an input unit 4 in association with each other.
