PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correcting device performing appropriate blur correction, and an optical device. SOLUTION: The blur correcting device includes blur detecting parts (44 and 46) outputting a blur signal (ω1), corresponding to blur; an optical component (20) driven to correct the blur; position detection parts (82 and 107) outputting a position signal (LR), corresponding to the position of the optical component; a calculation part (101) calculating a blur correction signal (Vpid) for correcting the blur by using the blur signal and the positional signal; a filter part (103) attenuating at least a part of a frequency band of the blur correction signal and outputting the signal; and drive parts (76 and 105) driving the optical component using the signal (Vpid2) output from the filter part.
