PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor having high processing capacity and being capable of performing measurement of high precision. SOLUTION: It is determined whether oscillation frequency is stabilized while a buffer solution is supplied to a quartz vibrator 4 from a syringe pump 10 and, when the oscillation frequency is determined to be stabilized, a second valve 14 is changed over to a sample solution supply mode in order to supply the sample solution in an injection loop 14a to a piezoelectric vibrator to automatically calculate the supply flow rate of the buffer solution, the volume of the injection loop 14a, the volume of a supply passage for supplying the sample solution to the quartz vibrator 4, the point of time when the second valve 14 is changed over to the sample solution supply mode, the point of time when the sample solution arrives at the quartz vibrator 4 and the point of time after the sample solution passes the quartz vibrator 4. The oscillation frequency before the sample solution arrives at the quartz vibrator 4 and the oscillation frequency after the sample solution passes the quartz vibrator are calculated to obtain the difference between both oscillation frequencies.
