<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device that efficiently eliminates crosstalk light even for a multilayer disk with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An optical pickup device 1 makes a luminous flux incident on an optical disk 11 having a plurality of recording layers via an objective lens 8, focuses a luminous flux reflected by the optical disk 11 by a condensing lens 5, and makes the focused luminous flux incident on a light receiving element 9 via a condensing lens 4. The optical pickup device 1 includes, between the condensing lens 5 and the condensing lens 4, an optical filter 10 having a plurality of masks spaced in the optical axis direction of the reflected luminous flux and configured to reduce crosstalk light which is reflected from a recording layer other than the target layer of the optical disk 11 by the masks. At lest one mask of the optical filter 10 is arranged on both sides across a focus O, which is formed by the condensing lens 5, of signal light reflected from the target layer of the optical disk 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
