ELECTRIC WIRE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire without giving damages to braided wires, and with space saved through a low-cost method.

SOLUTION: The electrical wire 10 is provided with a plurality of braided wires 12, an insulation coating 13 for covering the braided wires 12, and a connection part 15 connecting with other components 31. The electrical wire is characterized in that the connection part 15 is provided by impregnating a wax material 25 into an exposed braided wires 12 exposed by removal of the insulation coating 13. The electrical wire 10 is preferably to be a flat cable 10 in which a flat conductor 11 made of a plurality of braided wires 12 arranged in parallel in contact with each other is covered in a flat shape by an insulation coating 13.
