<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape measuring system and a three-dimensional shape measuring method capable of acquiring efficiently the appearance of a three-dimensional shape of a measuring object. <P>SOLUTION: A light pulse, the color of which changes regularly, is generated by a pulse light source 56 and a chirp introduction device 60, and a workpiece 30 is irradiated with the generated light pulse, and a reflected light image of the light pulse reflected by the workpiece 30 is acquired by a shutter unit 42, and three-dimensional information of the workpiece 30 is acquired by a color two-dimensional detector 88 by using two-dimensional information and color information of the acquired reflected light image. Further, a prescribed spot is selected based on two-dimensional information of the workpiece 30 acquired by the color two-dimensional detector 88, and three-dimensional information at the prescribed spot is acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
