<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a strength of a battery case while cooling down a battery block efficiently to thereby reduce a temperature difference of a battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: A battery system includes: a battery block 3 having a plurality of battery cells 1 stacked as layers; a battery case 20 housing the battery block 3; and a forcedly blowing machine 9 forcedly blowing a cooling gas to a cooling aperture 4 between the battery cells 1, in which a supply duct 6 and an ejection duct 7 are provided on a side of the battery block 3 to blow the cooling gas from the supply duct 6 to the ejection duct 7 through the cooling aperture 4. In the battery system, a bottom plate 21B of the battery case 20 is provided with a reinforced groove 28 extending in a direction perpendicular to a stacking direction of the battery cells 1 to reinforce the bottom plate 21B, and the reinforced groove 28 is coupled with the supply duct 6 and the ejection duct 7 and a bypass path 18 for the cooling gas is provided between a bottom surface of the battery block 3 and a bottom plate 21B of the battery case 20 to blow the cooling gas in the supply duct 6 to the bypass path 18 to thereby cool the battery block 3 down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
