PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine which can secure sufficient safety during maintenance. SOLUTION: In this lifting magnet vehicle, a plurality of sub modules each having a plurality of cells 41 are assembled in an electricity storage means. An upper stage module 45 and a lower stage module 45 are disposed in the outer frame, and a safety switch 96 for breaking the circuit of the capacitor of the electricity storage means is disposed between the upper stage module 45 and the lower stage module 45 on the outer side of the outer frame. Since the off operation of the safety switch 96 can be easily performed during the maintenance, safety can be sufficiently secured during the maintenance by breaking the circuit of the capacitor by the off operation of the safety switch 96.
