PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect the shoulder of an occupant from side collision shock even when a shoulder protection part falls outward the vehicle. SOLUTION: An airbag 40 is partitioned into the shoulder protection part 57 inflated in a space beside the shoulder PS of an occupant P and in the vicinity of the side of the top 16 of a door trim 14, thereby protecting the shoulder PS, and a lower region protection part 56 inflated below the shoulder protection part 57, thereby protecting part below the shoulder PS of the occupant P by a partition part 45. The shoulder protection part 57 has a support 66 and a shoulder receiving part 67. When the inflated shoulder protection part 57 falls outward the vehicle while pivoting on the partition part 45, the support part 66 contacts part that is inward and below the top 16, thereby supporting the shoulder protection part 57. When the shoulder protection part 57 is supported by the door trim 14 at the support 66, at least part of the shoulder receiving part 67 is located above the top 16 and contacts the shoulder PS of the occupant P at a position inward an end 45A of the partition part 45 on the vehicle outer side.
