A pulsating wing for a washing machine suitable to washing the laundry, flux of a washing water and a load degree on a motor is provided to improve an output as a washing performance against an input as a load torque. The pulsating wing is formed in a radial shape that numerous wings are getting higher in a height towards the center of a base plate, and the height is getting lower towards a circumference direction of the base plate, thereby it can be manufactured as a pulsator or an agitator.
