GAS CONCENTRATION MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration measuring instrument which has higher general-purpose properties and can measure the concentration of gas with a more proper sensitivity in more various measuring environment places.

SOLUTION: The gas concentration measuring instrument includes a wavelength variable laser part 11 having a wavelength conversion element 14a, which performs the conversion of a wavelength, as an infrared ray source, the Peltier element 16 and the moving stage 17 both of which act on the wavelength conversion element 14a to change the wavelength emitted from the wavelength conversion element 14a and a main control part 28 allowing the Peltier element 16 and the moving stage 17 to act by applying indication to a position controller 26 and a temperature controller 27 on the basis of the data of the pressure applied to measuring target gas and changing the wavelength emitted from the wavelength conversion element 14a.
