<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a network. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a load information acquisition unit for acquiring load information representing a load status in a network with which a plurality of nodes are installed, a node failure rate memory for storing a node failure rate representing a ratio of failure in the node corresponding to each preset load status, and a number-of-failure-nodes prediction unit for calculating the number of failures in the nodes installed in the network on the basis of the node failure rate stored in the node failure rate memory which corresponds to the load status specified by the load information acquired by the load information acquisition unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
