<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply and inexpensively producible liposome structure enabling to efficiently enclose effective ingredients, to deliver these effective ingredients to living cells, and to adapt oneself to its use under conditions in vivo. <P>SOLUTION: This amphoteric liposome comprises a positive charge carrier and a negative charge carrier different from the positive charge carrier, has an isoelectric point between 4 and 8, and contains a neutral lipid selected from the group consisting of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, cholesterol, tetraetherlipid, ceramide, sphingolipid and/or diacrylglycerol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
