<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing with a shield plate, which has excellent sealing performance, and makes leakage of sealed lubricating oil difficult. <P>SOLUTION: A folded part 5b at an inner peripheral side of an annular shield plate 5 fixed to an outer ring 2 is made adjacent to an outer edge section of an inner ring annular groove 1a, and an inner peripheral edge part 5c is made adjacent to an inner edge section of the inner ring annular groove 1a respectively, so that the inner ring annular groove 1a forms a pocket 7 having a large space volume between the adjacent sections with each other. Conductive grease 6 leaking out of the inside of the bearing causes a pressure drop at the pocket 7 after the grease passes through the adjacent section in the pocket 7 to weaken the outward flow, so that it cannot easily pass through the adjacent section outside the pocket 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
