PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify construction, to reduce a construction cost, and to enhance reliability of the construction. SOLUTION: This steel sheet fastener 20 includes bolts 23 inserted respectively from an under face side into a junction part 22 of the steel sheets 21 adjacent each other, temporarily fixing nuts 24 screw-inserted respectively from an upper face side of each steel sheet 21 into the bolts 23, a splice plate 25 having evacuation holes 33 fit loosely with the temporarily fixing nuts 24, and laid over an upper face of the junction part 22 of the adjacent steel sheets 21, washers 26 inserted respectively into the bolts 23 to cover the evacuation holes 33 of the splice plate 25, and mounted on the splice plate 25, and nuts 27 screw-engaged respectively with the bolts 23 from upper sides of the washers 26.
