PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that a conventional structure of a floor panel (underlayment material) is considered unsuitable for heat dissipation and/or heat insulation (interception), when the temperature of a tile is increased to about 70-80°C, because only the heat insulating effect of foamed polystyrene is utilized by mainly employing the structure, for example, with a thickness of 1-2 cm, though the structure of the floor panel (underlayment material) with a thickness great enough to improve heat insulating characteristics is conventionally employed. SOLUTION: This foamed-resin underlayment material, which is formed in a shape long in a girder direction and laid on the roofing of a roof, is laid between tiling laths; a covering piece is longitudinally elongated on the side of one short-side-direction top surface of the underlayment material; a collision piece is longitudinally elongated on the side of the other short-side-direction undersurface of the underlayment material; the covering piece is laid in a covering state on the eaves-side top surface of the tiling lath; and the collision piece is pressure-welded to a ridge-side end surface of the lower tiling lath. The underlayment material brings about the heat insulating effect and soundproof effect of the roof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
